That's really kind! Thank's Jana. I'd love to!

It's called The Self-Awareness Superhighway: Charting Your Leadership Journey

I share my unique 3 layer definition of self-aware leadership and my 9 pointed self-awareness compass

It also shares with you:

* what self-awareness is and why it’s critical for your reputation

* how increased self-awareness will boost your business relationships

* how you can leverage self-awareness to excel in your leadership

* practical steps to develop your self-awareness skills

* how you can capitalise on constructive feedback from others

* how you can be at the forefront of people centricity in the hyper-digital age

The reviews suggest that people like the mix of academic research, personal stories and thoughts from my podcast guests

And it'll be 4 months old next week!

Your book sounds like the one I would read, Dr. Nia. Is it published, or are you serialising it here on Substack? Currently, I am playing around with the idea of replacing monthly recommendations with short, to-the-point, uplifting, inspirational snippets of articles; self-awareness of any type would be extremely useful. Where could I and anyone else interested get the book, please?

Amazing! It’s available on Amazon and also available in Waterstones, Barnes and Noble and Blackwells, and other stores, if people prefer to order from their high street. I’d love to see some going through ‘real’ bookshops!!!!!

This is what it looks like:

I've read "Two Weeks Notice," which started me down the path away from my career as a lawyer and down the path of my passion--health and wellness. I love Amy Porterfield.

I own and have read parts of "Everything is Figuroutable." I plan to check out your books on writing because I really want to improve my writing. Thank you for sharing these.

I'm reading several books on wellness and movement right now, but I'm also reading "The Unwedding." I love to read a good mystery or a thriller for fun and escape.

And book stores and libraries are two of my favorite places. I need to add onto my house just for my books. My Kindle is also quite full!

Oh, the same. Amy is inspiring and has built one of the most successful course businesses. I also liked that “Two Weeks Notice” provided many actionable tips on course creation. It's a fantastic book.

I will check the books you recommended; thank you for that. As for you, wellness is a big focus for me, too. And I do love Thrillers too 😊

I'm interested in Ann Hadley's books. I'm familiar with her blog, but haven't read any of her books. I also completed Ramit Sethi's copywriting course, which was great, so I'm interested in reading Bly's copywriting book.

Thank you for sharing, Frank. If you are interested in Ann Handle's books, I would recommend Everybody Writes. My copy has so many highlights; there's so much to take away from it. I've read a number of Bly's books, mainly because I like his voice. Enjoy your reads.

I haven't read any of those books, but "everything is figureoutable" is a mantra I live by. That and "take imperfect action." They both keep me moving forward when things get challenging.

Thank you for sharing, Janine. Everything is figureoutable is a great mantra; it just makes you much more resourceful, as opposed to keeping you stuck facing your problem/challenge. I also love your second mantra; it sparked an idea for an essay. Do you mind if I use it?

Thank you for reading, Mika. How did you find the book? My version has so many highlights. "Good writing is good teaching" is one of many things that stood out to me.

I read a few years ago. I think my biggest takeaway was how important it was to really think about what medium you’re using to write and adjust your writing accordingly. Lots of great practical tips.
