A more squiggly journey is better than a straight path to success. I feel readers get more out of stories which they can relate to. I feel like it's not working for me all the time, but I like the challenge. All the best to you, Mack

I know this wasn't exactly the point of this post but I hadn't heard the phrase "arrival fallacy" before and it's a good one! Perfectly describes what it is. And thanks for the book recommendations; I already have something like 10 books on my Christmas list but a few more can't hurt right?!

I often have a list that long for Christmas, I can't help myself 🙈 When it comes to choosing what to read next, I like having options and so always have a few (?a lot?) of "to read next" books 😊 ones I'm especially looking forward to this time are Screwtape Letters and Chasing The Dragon 🙏
