Very valuable I recently researched and wrote about adding SMART goals to your career development as making goals more tangible. I liked your thoughts on rewarding yourself and having accountable buddy, that is an incredible way to help yourself with your goals. Thanks for sharing

Thank you. Having an accountability buddy worked tricks for me when I tried to increase my weekly exercise. I signed up for spin classes with my friend. And the sense of making that commitment made me get to the gym even on windy, rainy UK days. PS: I've checked out the article you mentioned and subscribed. I can't wait to read more.

Thanks for sharing this system! I'm currently working on being as specific as possible with my goals, without putting numbers (I feel they add unnecessary pressure and would mean I am failing if I don't hit them).
